The development stage is where all the sampling takes place. We work closely with the manufacture to turn the design into a reality. This process can take some time depending on how complicated the design is. We may have to go through several samples to get it perfect. The more time spent in development and ensuring that all the design aspects have been covered, the easier the manufacturing process will be.

During this time we are looking to ensure that the cut, colour, functionality and useability of the product is to the exact specifications indicated and of a high standard.

Once we are happy with the sample, it will be sent to you to check, and then sent for bulk production!
